Time Flies...

Oh my goodness! Is it almost Thanksgiving already??!! I guess I better get in gear and at least post Max's Halloween photo. For those of you that can't tell, Max was a lion. He would only pose for a couple of pictures that were taken at my dad's office. Each time I tried to take a picture while we were out and about, he would just turn away and try to eat all of his candy. At any rate, here's our cute lion:

Yes, Max is going to be a big brother to a little boy!! Well, he doesn't seem very little. When I had my ultrasound with Max, at this stage, Max weighed approximately 6 oz and this little bumpkin is already up to 11 oz!!!

So far, everything is going well with this pregnancy.

October 15th!!

It's official! I will be having my ultrasound on October 15th to see what sort of bambino is coming into our family! We are all so excited! I think Max is excited although, I'm pretty sure he has no idea what is happening. Every morning he likes to say,"Hi Baby," to my tummy, but I'm not sure that he really knows what's in there. I think as my belly gets bigger, he might start to understand more. At any rate, please keep in touch.

Buds

Max's friend Kayden came over for the day. They've had LOADS of fun including having a picnic in the yard. Does it get any better?

Spuds?

Max absolutely LOVES his Mr. Potato Head & Family set. He plays with them all the time. I have noticed that his favorite pieces are the glasses. He loves to wear them and he likes it when we wear the glasses as well. I just love this picture!

Yellowstone - July '07

Below is a slide show of my favorite pictures that we took while we were in Yellowstone National Park during the 4th of July. The park is absolutely GORGEOUS! Max had a great time and loved smelling all the stinky paint pots and geysers. We will definitely be going back every year. Enjoy the slides!

Hello Friends and Family,
I'd like to apologize for the lack of posts on here. You see, my sweet Maxwell has misplaced the device that transfers his cute pictures to my computer, so we're a bit in trouble there. Chris and I have also been a bit busy this summer - Max had a birthday (YAY!), we went to Yellowstone, we've been house sitting, AND I found out that I'm pregnant! YEP! Max is going to be a big brother! We are all VERY VERY excited. Anyway, I will be tearing the house apart today to look for a cable to transfer photos so that I can update you on all of our events.

Max's First FISH

I hope you are all having a WONDERFUL Memorial Weekend. Chris and I took Max on his first fishing trip. He loved being on the boat and watching the water.

We bought Max a Scoobie Doo fishing pole and Max is now a pro at casting and reeling in. Much to our surprise, Max caught his very first fish on his little fishing pole after we had been out on the water for only 10 minutes!

Max was so excited to have a fish in the boat with him. He kept saying,"Shishy shishy!" It was really cute. The trip was a success - Chris and I each caught 1 fish and Max caught 2. Don't worry, everything was catch and release. We left the lake with a bit of sun and lots of fun memories.

Wheeler Farm

Every Wednesday, a bunch of mom's from my area get together and go to a different park or place to play for the kids to get out and about and for the moms to talk to each other. It's been really fun. A couple of weeks ago, we went to Wheeler Farm. It's a GREAT place to take little kids because they can wander all over the place. You can also go on hay rides and feed the ducks. Max and I had loads of fun. My favorite memory was when all the kids were feeding bread to the ducks. Max decided to sit down and eat the bread and WATCH the ducks. Little kids are SO funny!! I hope you enjoy the slide show I made with all the silly pictures.

Max CAN drive!!!

The other day, Chris let Max play in the front of the Pathfinder. Now, Max thinks when he gets in the car, he's the one driving. OOOOh, boy!

Happy EASTER!!

I hope all of you had a wonderful Easter. The Easter Bunny brought Max lots of fun gifts and brought mom and dad lots of candy. YUM! Max loves to use his new tools all over the house and even on me and Chris. :o) The lawnmower does seem to be the biggest hit. When we're in the house, Max uses the lawnmower as a vacuum, but when we're outside, he'll mow any one's lawn in 2 seconds flat! The mower blows bubbles out the side and Max enjoys that. It's so much fun to see Max enjoy something so simple. I hope he still loves to mow the lawn when we have our own.

Stinky Max

Hi EVERYONE!! I know I haven't posted anything on here for a while and Chris accused me of loving Stampin' Up more than Max. SO NOT TRUE!! So I'll start updating this regularly again. It's summer in Utah, well, it feels like it at least. Max and I play outside a lot, so I'll have tons of pictures to post. But for now, let's go back a bit...

I took these pictures a while ago and I couldn't stop laughing. I don't think Chris was amused, but I was.

Max just played with Chris' cellphone will Chris handled Max's toxic waste. From what I recall, it wasn't really that bad, but to Chris, it was. :o) I'm so glad I have a husband that will take care of Max's dirty work. I LOVE YOU CHRIS!

Snow Sunny Day

Today was so beautiful that Max and I couldn't pass up a great walk. Max insisted on closing the door - such a gentleman. :o) He loved wearing his dinosaur hat with matching gloves and his OH-so-cool sunglasses. I pushed him around the block in his little red car and he said,"Oh, car," each time he saw a car drive by. He's so smart! Max is such a fun little boy!

Grape Jelly

I had to plop Max into the tub right after he ate 2 pieces of toast with grape jelly. I had no idea he'd love the jelly so much. He had it all over his face and hands.
